HOW TO DOWNLOAD THE PSPF APPLICATION

How can I access the mobile app? To access the PSPF mobile application, you can download it from the Google Play Store for Android devices and the Apple App Store for iOS devices.

REGISTRATION

To pre-register, follow these steps:

On the registration page, choose 'Preregister' and enter your NRC, date of birth, and the phone number you want to register with. Then, press 'Pre register.

To register, follow these steps:

• Step 1: Open the PSPF mobile app and select 'Register.'

• Step 2: Enter your NRC, the mobile number used for PSPF registration, your email address, and create a new PIN.

CONTRIBUTING MEMBER MENU

The Contributing Member's Menu can be accessed by selecting option 2; 'Contributing Member' on the main menu.

How can I retrieve my Social Security Number?

• Step 1: Whilst in the contributing member menu, the select 'Retrieve Social Security Number' option.

• Step 2: Enter your registered NRC number and PIN, and your Social Security Number will be retrieved.

How can I check my contribution statement?

• Step 1: Whilst in the contributing member menu, click on 'Contribution Statement' option.

• Step 2: Enter your Social Security Number and your PIN.

How can I check Loan Requirements?

• Step 1: Open the 'Contributing Member' Section and select the third option, 'Loans'.

• Step 2: Select the type of Loan of which you would like to check the application requirements, Microfin or Mortgage.

• Step 3: Select the first option, 'Loan Requirements'.

• Step 4: A list of requirements will be displayed.

How can I check my Loan statement?

• Step 1: Open the 'Contributing Member' Section and select the third option, 'Loans'.

• Step 2: Select the type of Loan you would like to check the statement for; Microfin or Mortgage.

• Step 3: Select the second option, 'Loan Statement'.

• Step 4: Enter your National Registration Card Number and PIN.

• Step 5: Click OK. Your loan statement will be displayed.

How can I initiate a loan?

• Step 1: Open the 'Contributing Member' Section and select the third option, 'Loans'.

• Step 2: Select the type of Loan you would like, Microfin or Mortgage.

• Step 3: Click on 'Loans Initiation'

• Step 4: Enter your Social Security Number and Pin

How can I raise a complaint?

• Step 1: Whilst in the Pensioner (Retired) Menu, select 'Raise Complaint'.

• Step 2: Enter your Name, National Registration Card Number, Phone Number, Complaint Details and the department you'd like to direct the complain to.

• Step 3: Click Sumbit and await an SMS with your complaint number.

To check the response of your complaint, go to the Pensioners' menu, and select 'Complaints and Responses' and enter your complaints number. Click Ok.

The Penioners' Menu can be accessed by selecting the third option; 'Pensioner (Retired)' on the main menu.

How can I retrieve my Social Security Number?

• Step 1: Whilst in the Pensioner (Retired) Menu, select 'Retrieve Social Security Number'.

• Step 2: Enter your registered NRC number and PIN, and your Social Security Number will be retrieved.

How check my File Status?

• Step 1: Whilst in the Pensioner (Retired) Menu, select 'File Status'.

• Step 2: Enter your Social Security Number (SSN) and PIN, and the status of your file will be displayed.

How can I check my Monthly Pension Statement?

• Step 1: Whilst in the Pensioner (Retired) Menu, select 'Monthly Pension Statement'.

• Step 2: Enter your registered NRC number and PIN, and a statement for your monthly pension will be displayed.

How can I check the validity/Expiry date of my Life Certificate?

• Step 1: Whilst in the Pensioner (Retired) Menu, select 'Life Certificate'.

• Step 2: Enter your Social Security Number (SSN), and the expiry date of your life certificate will be displayed.

How can I raise a complaint?

• Step 1: Whilst in the Pensioner (Retired) Menu, select 'Raise Complaint'.

• Step 2: Enter your Name, National Registration Card Number, Phone Number, Complaint Details and the department you'd like to direct the complain to.

• Step 3: Click Sumbit and await an SMS with your complaint number.

To check the response of your complaint, go to the Pensioners' menu, and select 'Complaints and Responses' and enter your complaints number. Click Ok.

SUGGESTIONS

The Contributing Member's Menu can be accessed by selecting the fourth option; 'Suggestions' on the main menu.

How to Submit suggestions.

Simply type in your suggestion in the 'Enter Suggestion' field and click 'Submit Suggestion'.

Our branches addresses and contact details can be accessed by clicking the location pin icon located in the top right corner of mobile app.

DECEASED CASES MENU

Download death benefits requirements and view the file status of a deceased person by entering their Social Security Number.

HOW TO USE THE PSPF USSD

REGISTRATION

To access the PSPF Mobile USSD App, simply dial *3434# and follow the menu instructions according to your requirements.

How can I Pre register for the PSPF Mobile USSD App?

• Step 1: Choose option 1 for 'Register.'

• Step 2: Choose option 3 for 'Preregister an Account.'

• Step 3: Enter your phone number.

• Step 4: Enter your NRC (National Registration Card) number.

• Step 5: Enter your date of birth (in this format, e.g 1978-03-25)

Once you have submited your pre-registration wait for an sms that will tell you if your registration has been approved or rejected. If it has been approved proceed to the register stage, if not check your credentials before submitng your information again.

How can I Register for the PSPF Mobile USSD App?

• Step 1: Choose option 1 for 'Register.'

• Step 2: Choose Option 1 ‘To register an Account.’

• Step 3: Enter your NRC press send, NRC press send, New Pin press send, re enter New Pin and press send.

You will receive an OTP (one time password)

• Step 4: follow step 1 to get back to the register menu and choose option 2 ‘verify Your Account.’

• Step5: choose option 1 ‘To verify OTP’

• Step 6: Enter your OTP received via SMS.

If the details provided are correct, congratulations you are registered with PSPF Mobile app.

CONTRIBUTING MEMBER MENU

For contributing members, choose option 2 for 'Contributing Member' on the main menu.

• Step 1: Whilst in the 'Contributing Member' Menu, Select option 1 for 'Retrieve SSN (Social Security Number).'

• Step 2: Enter your NRC number.

• Step 3: Enter your registered PIN. Your SSN will be retrieved and displayed.

How can I retrieve my Social Security Number (SSN)?

• Step 1: Whilst in the 'Pensioner (Retired)' Menu, Select option 1 for 'Retrieve SSN (Social Security Number).'

• Step 2: Enter your NRC number.

• Step 3: Enter your registered PIN. Your SSN will be retrieved and displayed.

How can I check my File Status?

• Step 1: Whilst in the 'Pensioner (Retired)' Menu, Select option 2 for 'File.'

• Step 2: Enter your Social Security Number (SSN).

How can I check my Monthly Pension Statement?

• Step 1: Whilst in the 'Pensioner (Retired)' Menu, Select option 3 for 'Monthly Pension Statement'

RESET YOUR PASSWORD

How can I reset my Password/PIN?

• Step 1: Choose option 6 for 'Reset Password.'

• Step 2: Enter your Social Security Number (SSN) (ensure it's correct).

• Step 3: Enter your new PIN. If you receive the message 'We could not process your request, unable to reset the password,' please verify that the details provided are accurate. For further assistance, call the PSPF call centre.
