PSPF AMONG PARTICIPANTS AT THE ZIPRC CONFERENCE AND AGM IN LIVINGSTONE.

The Public Service Pensions Fund (PSPF) is among Institutions participating in the 16th Annual General Meeting (AGM) and 15th Public Relations Conference of the Zambia Institute of Public Relations and Communication (ZIPRC) at AVANI Resort in Livingstone from 8th to 11th June 2026.

The event has brought together over 300 Public Relations and Communication practitioners from the public and private sectors, religious organisations, and civil society institutions under the theme: “Beyond the Buzz Words: Leading with Purpose and Impact.”

The conference was officially opened by Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Information and Media, Mr. Thabo Kawana, who emphasized the importance of purposeful and impactful communication in advancing national development.

Speaking during the opening session, ZIPRC President Ms. Ireen Chipili urged Public Relations and Communication practitioners to uphold the highest standards of professionalism and ethical conduct.

The conference has attracted renowned speakers, including Africa Public Relations Association (APRA) President Mr. Arik Karani, Public Relations Institute of Southern Africa (PRISA) President Dr. Caroline Aziona, Independent Broadcasting Authority (IBA) Director General Mr. Webster Malido, Drug Enforcement Commission (DEC) Director General Mr. Nason Banda, Dr. Naeem Dalal, and Zambia News and Information Services (ZANIS) Director Ms. Loyce Saili, among others.

The Conference has brought together professionals in the field of public relations and communication in Zambia to discuss emerging trends, share knowledge, and foster collaboration.
