PSPF CELEBRATES CUSTOMER SERVICE WEEK 2025
The Public Service Pensions Fund (PSPF) is celebrating Customer Service Week from October 6 to 10, 2025, under the theme “Mission: Possible.” to recognize and appreciate its clients.
The Fund is hosting various activities to engage clients and emphasize the importance of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
This reaffirms PSPF’s commitment to providing efficient, client-centered service that exceed expectations and make our clients feel valued.
The Fund is also utilizing the customer service week to demonstrate how it is enhancing customer experience through various digital platforms such as E-PSPF , Mobile App, the USSD and other innovations that are facilitating ease of access to our services.
In recognition of service excellence, PSPF has this year received the following awards:
• First Prize in Digital Excellence and Innovation-Africa Public Service
• Third Prize in the Legal and Structural Reforms-Africa Public Service Day
• First Prize-Best Non-Banking Financial Institution Award-Zambia International Trade Fair
• Second Prize-Best Microfinance Exhibit-Agriculture and Commercial Show
• Second Prize- Best Non-Banking Financial Institution- Agriculture and Commercial Show
• Third Prize-Best Pension Fund Exhibit category- Agriculture and Commercial Show
• Best ICT Project 2025- Liquid intelligent Awards
