PSPF INTRODUCES WHATSAPP LINE, OFFERING CONVENIENT ACCESS TO SERVICE BY MEMBERS AND PENSIONERS

The Public Service Pensions Fund (PSPF) is pleased to announce the introduction of its dedicated WhatsApp line: +260 770 627 391 offering members a convenient and efficient way to access our services.

By simply saving the number and sending a “Hi” message, members can instantly register an account and interact with the Fund and access a wide range of services from the comfort of their home or office.

For contributing members, the WhatsApp line provides access to services such as retrieving a Social Security Number (SSN), viewing contribution and loan statements, initiating loan applications, and checking loan requirements. Pensioners can also check the status of their files, view monthly pension statements, verify the validity of their Life Certificates, downloading Life Certificates, and conduct Life Certificate verifications, among many other services.

In addition to these, users can also access information about PSPF branch locations, make payments for various services, reset their password and chat directly with a customer service representatives for personalized assistance.

It offers convenience, allowing members to engage with the Fund without the need to physically visit an office, ensures speedy responses to inquiries and requests and enhancing service delivery.
